This D.I.Y. is so cute, you’re going to wish you had more magnetic surfaces in your living space. These decorative little squares are strong, stylish and the best way to add some colorful decor to your refrigerator door.
Magnets
What you’ll need: Ruler, cardboard, patterned paper (we used the first and last page of a Pocket Pal), pen or pencil, glue, scissors and magnet tape (found in craft stores)
1. Measure and cut out a 1-inch-by-1-inch square of cardboard.
2. Trace your cardboard square onto the back of the patterned paper. Use your ruler to measure 1/2 inch in from each side, and mark with your pencil. Draw lines to create flaps 1/2 inch in from each side of the square. Cut out this (cross) shape.
3. Add a dab of glue to the middle of your cardboard square. Fold each flap over and glue, one at a time. When all the flaps are glued down, cut 2 3/4-inch strips of magnet tape and adhere to the square.
Use your new Magnets to dress up any compatible surface!

Love it! I took a small stand up mirror and a magnet sheet, and put the magnet sheet on the mirror. Now, I have a cute note center to match my adorable magnets!
